While recent news articles reference strong feelings and an opinion of old, it is important to recognize the advanced development of the Labradoodle breed that has taken place since its founding. Australian Labradoodles (ALD), as they are known today, have loving, intuitive, and social personalities with allergy friendly coats and minimal shedding. These qualities offer an option for families that could not otherwise have a dog due to allergies, families that just want a wonderful companion, or families looking for a therapy or service prospect. Well-bred Australian Labradoodles with proper temperaments, high intelligence, and allergy friendly coats come from carefully selected parents with advanced health testing and DNA Profiling and are key to developing this magnificent breed. Selection and matching of quality parents and raising and socializing puppies with the utmost care is fundamental to providing a wonderful companion puppy to families across the globe. Around the world many dedicated and responsible breeders have been working diligently for decades, putting heart and soul into creating this very special breed.
