Lucy and Simon Miniature 20-25 pounds

Lucy will be bred to Simon on her next heat which we expect any day now.     We expect puppies between 20 and  25 pounds.     Their  puppies will be red and apricot and many will sport the "tuxedo" look with white chests and heads.  Some will have Roan ticking like Simon.    Discovery Tails "I Love Lucy" was given the appropriate name.  She is such a sweet and loving dog.  She loves to cuddle.  She is outgoing and playful and follows her "people" around waiting for her next pet.  She melts your heart with her  "puppy dog eyes"  which she has used to her advantage since being a tiny puppy.  She should be trained to be an agility dog as she loves her tunnel,  and jumps through a hula hoop.  She is extremely smart and learns quickly.  She loves playing with the grandkids and is very curious of whatever the game is for that day.    In the evening after a day of adventure is over, she sits patiently watching Mom cook dinner.    Lucy is a minature and weighs 22 pounds and is 16 inches tall.  She has a beautiful soft wavy fleece coat.  She carries the parti gene, so she should have 1 or 2 parti's with each litter.  You can't go wrong with one of her puppies.

Simon is an Apricot Tuxedo "Roan"  and should produce  gorgeous tuxedo puppies.   He has beautiful black eyes that look into your soul with LOVE! He is the one of calmest puppy I have ever had.  If I had to describe him with one word, it would be 'HAPPY".   His temperament and structure are both PERFECT!   HIs nickname is "hip hop" because when he is running in the yard, he litterly hops across the lawn.   He loves people and is very friendly.   He is a  miniature labradoodles and weighs 20 pounds.   He has the softest apricot wavy fleece coat.   He lives with us and his two dog friends.    He is  so so loyal, calm and smart.  He exudes a calmness that is passed on to humans so he has become my therapy dog.  most Australian Labradoodles are calm, smart, and friendly, but this little guy is amazing!   He is tolerant of everything including Eva pulling on his ears.  His puppies would do well with young children.  We are looking forward to meet his puppies.

Eva will be bred to River some time this year.  We expect many chocolate and white tuxedos about 30-40 pounds full grown.  Eva has an amazing friendly personality. Her guardian says: “From the moment I brought her home, she has been my nonstop faithful companion.  She truly senses when I need a hug, a kiss or laugh. I never thought I could a dog so much”  She is so smart and very calm even as a young puppy. Playful, but not high strung.  She truly loves everything and everyone. She doesn’t understand when people don’t want to pet her or dogs growl at her. She loves to go on pack walks at least 4 days a week for over an hour and daily short walks also. Her favorite thing is to be in my lap sleeping or watching tv. She will be the best Momma as she is very nurturing. Eva weighs about 30 pounds and is 16 inches tall. Halfway between miniature and medium. She has a gorgeous dark chocolate coat. She comes from non-fading lines. We expect to breed her in about 6 – 8 months. That would mean puppies ready to go home in the spring next year. Perfect timing for training over the summer.

  River is a Caramel Ice and a PHANTOM!    As a puppy he had tuxedo markings, and he produces beautiful Tuxedo Puppies.  He  is the most amazing dog I have ever owned.  He's a therapy dog at heart.   He has a calming effect on everyone around him and knows when someone is upset or anxious and comes to sit by you.    He is calm, gentle, really smart and loves people.  He was so easy to train.  His puppies are gorgeous.  The last litter had 4 Strong Tuxedo's, but there will be some solids too.    He has a perfect stocky structure.  He is SOLID!   At 18" tall and 38 pounds, he is a medium labradoodle.     We let him train our puppies how to play and not jump and bite when they are 6 or 7 weeks old.  He is the best father and mentor to all of our puppies.   Yes that is a smile you see!

Willow will be bred to Simon on her next heat.       Willow is the smallest dog we have.  She is a micro-mini at about 15 pounds and 14" TALL.    Her coat is such a dark red that she almost looks chocolate.  In fact, when she was born, I thought she was chocolate, but she is our little Auburn  with a wavy fleece soft coat.    She is the sweetest little thing.  So friendly and loving.  All humans are her friends.  She lives in a guardian home where she is spoiled by 2 adults and a gaggle of children.  They love her so much and spoil her rotten.  Her wait list fills up quickly.  Get on the wait list for first puppy picks!  Last litter was ALL tiny like her and Simon should be a micro-mini so these puppies will be tiny.

Dot will be  bred on her next heat to Carter.    Dot is a medium chocolate tri colored labradoodle.  They should have a litter of mostly  chocolate are red puppies that should grow up to be 30-40 pounds.   Most will have some white on them and 

1 or 2 will be parti's like Dot and some will be tri-colored.    Dot is the calmest sweetest labradoodle.  She is so friendly,  lovable and smart.  There is no such thing as a stranger for Dot. She is going through therapy training, agility and nose work training with her guardian now.  She loves to learn and her guardian loves to teach her.    All around well trained girl.  Dot is a heavily marked parti and is a stocky girl.  She weighs 30 pounds and is 17 inches.    Both of her parents are over 40 pounds, so there will be some puppies that are that size.

Carter is a young stud that blessed us with 10 puppies his first breeding.    He is a medium labradoodle at 35 pounds and 18 inches tall.    He lives with us and he is very smart and calm, but playful too.    He awakens each morning  happy and ready for his day trying to outsmart us.  He loves loves loves people and doesn't understand why everyone on the street on our walks doesn't pet him.  He is always ready for cuddles, walks, adventures, and new friends.  He is so so smart.  He was potty trained at 3 months of age and figured out if he rang the bell to go outside, he would get a treat when he came back in.  Ring Ring Ring all day long.    We had to take them down.  So, we installed a doggie door for him and he would go through and around to the door where he gets treats when he comes in.  Around and around and around.  Oh boy!   Smarter than me.   He loves to play with his Doodle sister and any other dogs that come to visit.    He is very affectionate and shares the love with EVERYONE!    He is strikingly beautiful with his very dark red soft wavy fleece coat  and white markings.  He is going darker as he ages so we think he has the "rufus" gene.   His boots are made for walking!  We cannot wait to breed him and see his puppies.
